Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, and social media). Manage and grow company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Create and post engaging content, designs, and creatives regularly. Track and analyze campaign performance (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.). Research and implement the latest digital trends. Sales / Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through online platforms, calls, and emails. Convert leads into potential customers through follow-ups and product presentations. Maintain CRM with updated client data. Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance. Coordinate with the development and design teams for client requirements. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent communication (English and Tamil) and interpersonal skills. Experience with LinkedIn marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads. Knowledge of WordPress, CRM, or basic web tech is a plus. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and willing to learn. Eligibility: 13 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or IT sales. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields.
