About the job: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced digital advertising expert who can plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns specifically for the USA market. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of e-commerce marketing and the ability to generate high-quality leads and sales through performance marketing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) 2. Strategically target USA audiences based on buyer intent, interests, and behaviors 3. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation 4. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates 5. Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking 6. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop ad creatives and ad copy 7. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and growth suggestions 8. Strong understanding of budget optimization and campaign scaling 5. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and GTM 6. Solid understanding of landing page optimization and conversion funnels Preferred skills (bonus): 1. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification 2. Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress 3. Knowledge of lookalike audiences, retargeting, and custom conversions 4.
