Google Ads Manager

We are looking for a Platform Support Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ad Manager (GAM). In this role, you will support day-to-day ad operations, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure smooth delivery of ads across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ad trafficking and campaign setup in Google Ad Manager.
• Monitor ad delivery and troubleshoot issues (e.g., ads not showing, errors, discrepancies).
• Assist with setting up ad units, line items, targeting, and reporting.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve ad-related problems.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for ad operations.

Requirements:

• Experience using Google Ad Manager (GAM360 / DFP).
• Basic understanding of digital advertising and ad operations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ad tags, reporting tools, and common troubleshooting techniques.
• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experiencewith other ad platforms (AdSense, Ad Exchange, SSPs

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript for debugging ad tags.
