Gnm nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient care and emergency procedures during ambulance transfers and on-site emergencies.
• Conduct ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) interventions as required.
• Proficient in performing Intubation (ETT), oxygen therapy, and airway management.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately during patient care.
• Skilled in IV/IM injections, fluid administration, and medication management.
• Operate and manage advanced equipment such as ECG machines, Defibrillators, suction machines, ventilators, and monitors.
• Familiar with ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) protocols and trauma patient handling.
• Ensure the ambulance is equipped, sanitized, and ready for deployment at all times.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records during each case.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, paramedics, and other staff for efficient care delivery.
• Handle patients with professionalism, empathy, and sensitivity, especially during high-stress scenarios.

Eligibility Criteria:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized Karnataka-based medical or nursing institution.
• Active registration with Karnataka Nursing Council.
• Certified in BLS & ACLS – Mandatory.
• Knowledge of ATLS protocols – Preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU, emergency, ambulance, or trauma care settings preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
