Summary: As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Transformative Marketing, Martech, Brand & Creative and Scaled Marketing Services enabled by Generative AI and next gen capabilities. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and service strategy and organization model, thereby enabling a powerful & efficient marketing-led growth engine, driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deep dive across projects helping CMO organization to drive superior performance through relevance:You will leverage the comprehensive suite of analytics, consulting and strategy solutions that Accenture offers to enable large scale transformation vision and strategy and delivering capabilities that enable improved marketing performance, cost effectiveness and create relevant consumer experiences on a massive scaleUse extensive experience of hands-on roles in customer value management, customer lifecycle management:Work across customer segmentation marketing, customer behavior analysis and channel managementDesign new campaign strategies and strategizing marketing plans across all channels and devices: Lead marketing assessment, KPI and definition, solution and vendor assessment for different marketing technologies including PegaDevelop business case for marketing use cases and solutions:Gather business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of marketing solutionsManage full spectrum of Marketing program execution:Right from strategy definition to technical delivery, work with real time marketing concepts like next best offer/ action, event-based marketingDesign interventions to drive customer acquisition / customer engagement: Monitoring trends, analyzing data, to optimize marketing campaigns along with exposure to analytical and data visualization toolsIdentify marketing process improvement opportunities:Developing business case for boosting marketing capabilities, campaign strategies, and innovative solutions to drive growth

Experience:
Overall experience of 10+ years with at least7+ years of experience in driving modern Marketing Organizations and data-driven growth strategies.Strategic advisory experience with ability to put proven frameworks to action to conduct as-is diagnostics and drive visioning workshops with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.Experience in leading marketing strategy, vision, philosophy, brand architecture, brand stage models, seamless integrated marketing process workflows, organization design, change strategies and workforce skilling strategies.Hands on experience in developing customer research design & execution, insight led always-on performance engines, customer Journey specific campaigns and offers, hyper-personalized customer experiences that deliver business value.Experience in working with industry leading Mar-tech tools such as Adobe, Microsoft, Salesforce, among others along with new age Gen AI agentic solutionsInfluencing skills to drive change agenda on behalf of the CXOs leveraging structured and proven change management frameworks & principlesExperience in multi-disciplinary design involving channels, people, process, policy, compliance/controls and technologyUnderstanding of marketing processes and operating modelsExperience in working across multiple industries including FMCG, Retail, Financial Services, Telecom, Communication, Software & PlatformsStrong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams
Educational Qualification:
MBA from a tier 1 institute
