Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and commercialize injectable products. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project goals, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure effective communication among team members, customers, and partners throughout the product lifecycle. Provide technical guidance on injectables development processes and procedures.
