Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to join our team in Delhi. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, customer relationship management, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for selling online, print, and exhibition services while maintaining and expanding a strong customer base. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly sales targets for online, print, and exhibition services. Engage with clients via phone, email, and live chat across various industry segments. Expand and manage a database of potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Keep clients informed about Global Sources’ product offerings. Identify new sales opportunities within assigned accounts. Collect payments and required materials from signed clients. Collaborate with the Sales Administrator and PSC team for contract inputs and client content uploads. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Work closely with internal teams to achieve common sales goals. Gather and report customer feedback to enhance product offerings. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telesales or inside sales, preferably in an international B2B market. Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus). Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Customer Focus: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Adaptability: Willingness to work with international clients across different time zones. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales tools. Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement. Team Player: Collaborative and proactive approach to work.
