Ltd. 🕒 Reporting To: Director / Operations Head Job Summary: The Installation Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire installation function for both retail and project-based aluminium window and door systems. The role demands leadership in planning, coordination, execution, and quality control of installations to meet customer expectations and company standards. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and safety across all sites while managing internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities: A. Strategic & Operational Leadership: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for installation activities across Retail and Project segments. Manage installation planning from handover to execution in coordination with sales, production, and logistics teams. Oversee installation scheduling, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time project delivery. Drive continuous improvement in installation methods and efficiency. B. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Safety Manager to oversee and implement site safety protocols for our high-rise façade installation works at the DLF Arbour Project . The ideal candidate must have 4–5 years of dedicated experience in the façade industry and possess in-depth knowledge of high-rise construction safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Ensure implementation of all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at the project site in compliance with statutory and company norms. Conduct daily toolbox talks , safety inductions, and regular safety audits specific to façade installation activities such as scaffolding, glazing, and aluminium structural works. Monitor site activities and proactively identify unsafe practices or potential hazards associated with façade work, including glass handling, access equipment use, and external façade works at height . Ensure proper use of PPE, fall protection systems , and adherence to safe installation methods. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and Subcontractors to ensure full compliance with site safety measures. Maintain accurate records of incidents, near-misses, safety observations, and corrective actions. Required Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field. NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred. 4–5 years of safety management experience specifically in façade / glazing / aluminium system works for high-rise projects is mandatory. Strong understanding of façade installation risks and control measures. Experience in handling safety for BMU operations, scaffoldings, boom lifts, and façade access systems . Ability to lead safety culture on site and enforce compliance. Good communication and report-writing skills in English and Hindi.
