Role Overview As a Freelance Sales Associate, you’ll work on your own time to promote and sell GIO Realty’s exclusive property listings in Hyderabad and surrounding regions. This is a high-reward opportunity with zero investment and full flexibility. We are expanding our team and looking for energetic individuals to help build our freelancer network across the Hyderabad market Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to promote low-ticket fractional ownership real estate products. - Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on middle-income groups, retail investors, and first-time investors. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and channel partners. - Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and convert them into sales. - Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. - Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences in the real estate sector. - Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Required Qualifications: - MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration from a reputed institution. - Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, financial products, or investment solutions. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to explain investment products to retail clients in a simple and convincing manner. - Experience working with CRM tools and sales pipelines. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in selling affordable investment products or low-ticket real estate. - Knowledge of fractional ownership and REITs. - Established network of retail investors and mid-income clients.
