Job Description Respond to customer queries via call, email, and chat with professionalism and clarity Provide accurate information about products, processes, and services Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and first-time resolution Build trust and rapport through clear, empathetic communication Handle complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution Requirements Graduate/Undergraduate with 6+ months of voice/chat support experience preferred Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome Proven customer service or client-handling experience is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with adaptability to different customer types Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Rate yourself in your English Communication out of 5 (spoken and written) The shift timing is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week.
