You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your daily tasks will include greeting guests, facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs, assisting with event coordination, and performing various administrative duties. This role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team. To excel in this role, you should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service and analytical abilities, basic knowledge of finance, excellent problem-solving skills, and relevant experience in hospitality or event management is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.,
