Job Description

Genesys Admin Experience: 5+ Years Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Immediate Joiners only JD for Genesys administrator Managing and maintaining the Genesys platform Oversee user and group administration Configuration changes, usage policies, and ensure the platform's operational integrity. Key responsibilities: Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and groups. Implement and maintain system configurations, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues applying root cause analysis and preventive measures. Monitor platform performance, identify trends, and generate reports for business intelligence. Provide support to internal and external stakeholders, communicating updates and resolving issues. Ensure the platform adheres to relevant regulations and security protocols. Collaborating with Workforce Management teams to optimize agent scheduling and staffing. Configuring how interactions are routed to agents based on various factors like skills, language, and priority. Configuring and managing voicemail systems for agents and customers. Setting up and configuring switches, which are essential for routing interactions within the contact center. Setting up and managing outbound calling campaigns for marketing and telemarketing purposes.
