You should have 5 to 8 years of experience as an AI Engineer with immediate availability. The position is based in Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Noida, or Gurgaon. As a Gen AI Engineer with expertise in ML, Python, and Langchain, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. Your role will involve using tools like Langchain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to build intelligent, context-aware systems. You will work closely with the engineering team to shape the technical roadmap for LLM initiatives and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. Collaborating with business SMEs and data teams, you will ensure that AI models align with real-world use cases. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in Python, Langchain, and SQL, with a strong understanding of LLM internals, including prompt tuning, embeddings, vector databases, and agent workflows. A background in machine learning or software engineering, particularly in system-level thinking, is essential. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is required, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for this position. Preferred qualifications include at least 1 year of hands-on experience in LLMs and Generative AI techniques, along with a background in contributing to ML/AI product pipelines or end-to-end deployments. Familiarity with MLOps and scalable deployment patterns for AI models, as well as prior exposure to client-facing projects or cross-functional AI teams, would be advantageous.,
