Job Description

Patient Examination & Diagnosis:
Conduct thorough examinations of patients to assess symptoms and medical conditions.
Diagnose a variety of medical conditions based on patient history, physical examination, and diagnostic results.
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Treatment & Medication Management:
Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatments based on patient diagnoses.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize health outcomes.
Diagnostic Tests & Imaging:
Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, X-rays, MRIs) to assist in diagnosis and treatment decisions.
Review medical images to identify abnormalities and make informed clinical decisions.
Emergency Care:
Provide first aid and stabilize patients in emergency situations.
Make quick decisions in critical situations to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Medical Documentation:
Document patient histories, diagnoses, treatments, and progress in comprehensive and accurate medical records.
Ensure all records comply with legal and regulatory standards for documentation and confidentiality.
Collaborative Care:
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as specialists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings for complex cases.
Confidentiality & Patient Privacy:
Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) at all times.
Ensure patient records and personal data are stored and shared securely.
