The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production flow, maintain strict quality and safety standards, and lead a team of skilled workers to meet daily targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise manufacturing operations on the shop floor including cutting, welding, assembly, powder coating, and packaging. Ensure adherence to daily production schedules and quality benchmarks. Monitor worker performance and provide guidance to meet efficiency goals. Coordinate with the design, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless workflow. (Cross-functional coordination and support) Enforce factory safety protocols and cleanliness standards. Conduct routine checks on machinery and coordinate with maintenance team for preventive actions. Ensure raw materials and finished goods are handled with care and tracked properly. Train new workers and upskill existing staff on production techniques and safety standards. Prepare daily production reports and escalate issues to the Factory Manager when needed. Implement lean practices to minimize waste and improve productivity.
