Support AMC renewals, warranty claims , and coordinate procurement and dispatch of spare parts . Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 4+ years of hands-on experience in servicing data center infrastructure equipment. Prior exposure to UPS systems, cooling units (PAC/CRAC), batteries, VFDs, and control systems is a must. Experience with brands like Vertiv, Schneider, Delta, APC, Emerson, or Blue Star is preferred. Strong understanding of data center operations , facility monitoring systems, and basic BMS protocols. Excellent problem-solving, communication , and customer handling skills. Willingness to travel across NCR for on-site support.
