Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Location: Bengaluru (Work From Office 5 Days a Week) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that impact critical business functions including Supply Chain, Finance, E-commerce, and more. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust full-stack web applications. Build scalable backend systems, REST APIs, and microservices. Develop responsive frontend interfaces using ReactJS or React Native. Participate in system architecture and design discussions. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues using monitoring/logging tools. Refactor existing systems to improve performance and maintainability. Provide L3 support for deployed systems. Maintain clear technical documentation and conduct product research when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development. Strong backend development skills in Java, PHP, Python, or .NET. 3+ years of experience with ReactJS or React Native. Solid experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM tools. Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices (GraphQL is a plus). Familiarity with asynchronous programming and parallel service development. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (preferred). Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
