Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals. Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and market analysis. Build strong relationships with existing donors, sponsors, and partners to secure renewed commitments. Manage event planning, execution, and evaluation for successful fundraising events. Maintain accurate records of donations received, expenses incurred, and funds raised. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in fund raising roles. Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices in an NGO setting. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools for tracking donor data.
