Functional Automation QE

As an experienced professional joining HCL Technologies for the OpenText role in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing robust automation scripts tailored to project requirements. Your key role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality metrics from test executions to drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with Technical Product Managers, Functional QA Engineers, Developers, and other stakeholders is essential to identify automatable user stories and conduct feasibility analysis. Additionally, you will be maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting existing automation test frameworks to ensure reliability and scalability. Supporting engineering teams in debugging issues and maintaining stability in application and devtest environments will be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to work independently to manage deliverables within established timelines. Your skills and experience should ideally include 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and Java programming utilizing Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG. Familiarity with Eclipse, Jenkin, Maven, and Git is required. A solid understanding of testing techniques such as performance, unit, integration, and automated testing is necessary, along with the ability to leverage them effectively. You should possess a strong grasp of SDLC concepts and have working knowledge of AI-generated test automation development and maintenance.,
