Functional Analyst

As a Functional Analyst (Non-IT) at our client's location in Gurugram, you will be part of the Program Elevate Risk Transformation team, playing a crucial role in the successful implementation of the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool. This contract position offers you the opportunity to work in a diverse and multicultural environment that values individuality and provides exposure to international practices. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business requirements into functional analysis, ensuring that developers understand the specifications needed to effectively build the GRC tool. You will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document functional requirements, gathering insights and feedback to support the project's objectives. In this role, you will work closely with the business to gather system requirements and translate them into system specifications (BRD). Acting as a liaison between the technical/IT team and the business stakeholders, you will facilitate communication on system and technical aspects to ensure alignment and clarity. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that timelines are met from a systems perspective. It is essential for the ideal candidate to have prior experience working on the Service Now platform to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
