Location Bangalore/ Chennai Experience: Overall: Minimum 5 years max 8 years Number of openings 1 What awaits you/ Job Profile • Be a full stack developer in terms of "hands on" attitude and a driving force in the project. • Mentorship of fellow developers to assist them in their professional development. • Serves as a thought leader and to help the development team drive solutions through collaboration with the other software development engineers, product managers, design, and other stakeholders in the team. • Interest in the functional programming paradigm and exploring the benefits with the software development engineering teams in new developments. • Consider Non-functional requirements at the heart of the platform solutions to deliver high performance, fault tolerant solutions, ensure scalability, maintainability etc. • Lead with your technical expertise to integrate our applications with all required systems and services and provide clean and easy to use API's. • Lead Design and develop the business logic and backend systems within the product domain. • Lead with cross functional technical and non-technical teams in an agile software development environment. What should you bring along Collaborative approach towards colleagues Flexibility to learn and adopt quickly (agile) Ownership of deliverables and associated quality Must have technical skill 5-8 years of progressive experience as a software engineer, preferably within a high growth product tech environment Minimum 3 years experience in developing applications using Django/ FastAPI/ Flask. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience UI frameworks like Angular/ React or any Web development frameworks Minimum 3 years’ experience in RDBMS like Postgres or Oracle or MySQL Minimum 3 years’ experience in NoSQL like MongoDB, DynamoDB etc. Extensive engineering experience in Building and maintaining APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) Expertise in Agile software product delivery and SCRUM Expertise in CICD or automated workflow pipelines Experience in containers and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes Strong delivery mind-set with the ability to work across multiple teams. Good to have technical skills Good hands-on experience utilizing AWS (Amazon Web Services) like S3, Lambda, EC2, EKS, API Gateway, ALB/ NLB, IAM Good knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, similarity search and vector databases Good knowledge in caching tools like Redis or in memory cache Good knowledge in microservices architecture, event driven design Good knowledge in GraphQL, Terraform or any IaaC Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
