Full-Stack Developer (Team Leader) No of Positons : 10 Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Experience: 5 to 7+ years and above Location: Onsite/Remote, Coimbatore(As per project needs) Employment Type: Full-Time & Permanent Mode of Work: Hybrid (3 days work from office) Budget: 12 LPA Mode of Interview: Virtual & 2 Rounds of Interview Preferred Candidates : Both Male and Female from Tamil nadu Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the front-end and back-end development teams. • Drive the migration from AngularJS to Angular 19 and ASP.NET Framework 4.5 to .NET Core 9 . • Review and enhance existing application architecture. • Develop and implement best coding practices and coding standards. • Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery and integration. • Ensure security and performance optimization in the migrated system. • Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews. Technical Skills: • Strong expertise in AngularJS and Angular 19. • Proficiency in ASP.NET Framework 4.5 and ASP.NET Core 9. • Strong knowledge of SL Server and query optimization. • Experience in microservices architecture, REST APIs. • Familiarity with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud-based deployments. • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. • Experience in CI/CD, DevOps , and version control (TFS/Git). Soft Skills: • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
