Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our established Bangalore development team and build our next-generation healthcare financial analytics platform. This is a cross-functional role where youll work closely with our UX team, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop a modern React/Next.js frontend with a .NET microservices backend. You will be instrumental in building scalable, cloud-native solutions that serve our 600+ healthcare agency clients with real-time financial insights.

Frontend Development

• Collaborate closely with the UX team to implement designs and create intuitive user experiences
• Build responsive, performant web applications using React/Next.js following mobile-first design principles
• Implement complex data visualizations using modern charting libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, or similar)
• Create reusable component libraries with modern CSS-in-JS solutions
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) for healthcare applications
• Implement real-time data updates using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical feedback on UX proposals

Backend Development

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using .NET Core/.NET 6+
• Build microservices architecture for multi-tenant healthcare agencies
• Implement data aggregation pipelines using TimescaleDB for time-series analytics
• Design efficient data models for MariaDB (relational) and MongoDB (document) databases
• Create background jobs and scheduled tasks for data processing
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0/JWT
• Develop integration points with existing KanTime EMR systems serving 600+ agencies

Technical Requirements

Required Skills

• Frontend

  : 3+ years with React/Next.js, TypeScript, modern CSS (CSS Modules, Styled Components)

• Backend

  : 3+ years with C#/.NET Core, RESTful API design, microservices architecture

• Databases

  : Experience with MariaDB/MySQL, MongoDB, and time-series databases (TimescaleDB preferred)

• Container & Orchestration

  : Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

• Version Control

  : Git, GitHub/GitLab

• Testing

  : Unit testing (Jest, xUnit), integration testing, E2E testing

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in healthcare systems is a plus
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications supporting hundreds of clients
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with data visualization libraries beyond Chart.js
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements
• Experience with performance optimization for large datasets
• Experience working in distributed teams across time zones

Nice to Have

Healthcare Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management
• Familiarity with medical billing processes and payer relationships
• Knowledge of home health and hospice care workflows
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems integration

Financial Analytics Experience

• Experience building financial dashboards and KPI tracking systems
• Understanding of accounts receivable, cash flow, and revenue analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (B.Tech/B.E. preferred)
• 2 to 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with US-based clients is a plus
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
