Sampoorna Consultants is looking for Full Stack Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Full Stack Development:Lead the design and development of scalable and responsive web applications using a full stack of technologies Implement and maintain both frontend and backend components, ensuring seamless integration Technical Leadership:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy to align with business goals Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions Collaborate with other teams to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly Code Quality and Testing:Enforce coding standards and conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code Implement and advocate for testing best practices, including unit testing and integration testing Problem Solving:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing effective and sustainable solutions Collaborate with the team to address challenges and optimize code for performance Stay Informed:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in full-stack development and architecture Introduce new technologies and practices to improve development processes Education B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization Key Skills React.js / Angular, JavaScript,Node.js, .NET, or Java or Python + Database technology - RDBMS / NoSQL
