About the Role:

Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of critical software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to create robust and responsive web applications that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end and back-end components using

  ReactJS

  ,

  Node.js

  , and

  RESTful APIs

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and mockups into interactive and functional web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in

  JavaScript

  and other modern frameworks and libraries.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring optimized performance across devices and browsers.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs to integrate frontend interfaces with backend services and databases.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure high code quality.
• Review code written by peers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and frameworks related to full stack development.
• Contribute to the overall system architecture and infrastructure planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years

  of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in

  ReactJS

  for building interactive and dynamic frontend applications.
• Strong backend development skills using

  Node.js

  and

  Express.js

  .
• Solid experience in designing and integrating

  REST APIs

  .
• Excellent knowledge of

  JavaScript (ES6+)

  , HTML5, and CSS3.
• Understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as

  Git

  .
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the stack.
• Good understanding of CI/CD practices, testing frameworks, and automated deployment tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Prior experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
