Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

As a skilled Full Stack Developer (Java + React) with over 3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, you will be responsible for developing full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js. Your primary duties will include designing and implementing RESTful APIs to seamlessly integrate frontend and backend components, collaborating with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into responsive web interfaces, and writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation. You will also be tasked with optimizing application performance, scalability, and reliability on both client and server sides, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting issues across the full application stack, and integrating third-party services, APIs, and libraries into applications as needed. Furthermore, you will work closely with DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-based applications, and participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning, standups, and code reviews. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs, as well as a strong knowledge of React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with Microservices architecture and API integration, experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), and knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub/GitLab are essential requirements. Additionally, experience in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and basic DevOps is a plus, and the ability to style responsive UI components using Tailwind CSS and follow modern design standards is highly desirable. Preferred qualifications include experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms, experience with testing frameworks like Jest, JUnit, or Mockito, and knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols like OAuth2, JWT, and familiarity with the next.js framework.
