Full Stack Developer (Experience 7-10 years)

As a Lead Software Engineer at BPK Tech, you will be responsible for prioritizing, developing, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, security, and operational efficiency of SaaS products to support the business objectives. Your role will involve establishing processes and standards for writing, coding, testing, security, production monitoring, alerting, and analyzing software programs and applications. Additionally, your responsibilities will include researching, designing, documenting, and modifying software definitions while providing ongoing production monitoring and support. Your leadership in the organization will extend to coaching and mentoring team members in Angular Conversion, highly scalable architectures, and lean development practices within an Agile framework. You will work closely with local counterparts to advocate for industry best practices and the adoption of new technologies. Your expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS will be crucial in designing, developing, and deploying software components efficiently, securely, and in a sustainable manner. Moreover, you will be expected to produce high-quality work within specified timelines and specifications, while maintaining clear and concise documentation. Your role will involve testing, deploying, revising, updating, refactoring, and debugging code, as well as improving existing software. Proficiency in Object-Oriented principles, design patterns, relational databases, and Web UI frameworks (including Angular or AngularJS) is essential for this position. In addition to technical skills, strong communication abilities are required to effectively explain technical issues to non-technical clients and cultivate professional relationships based on trust. Your analytical skills and troubleshooting capabilities will be instrumental in ensuring the success of software development projects. You should have a strong desire to learn new skills and stay updated with the latest technologies in the field.
