Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer specializing in MERN Stack technologies with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications. This role is based in Hyderabad and is available as a full-time on-site position, offered either as a permanent role or on a contract basis. Your primary responsibilities will include leading end-to-end development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and database management is crucial for this role. Additionally, experience with cloud deployments, especially AWS, and working with RESTful APIs are required. Any prior leadership experience and familiarity with AWS Amplify will be considered advantageous. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying web applications using the MERN Stack, guiding junior developers, writing clean and efficient code, building RESTful APIs, managing databases, and collaborating with various teams such as UI/UX designers, DevOps, and product owners. You will also be responsible for ensuring robust CI/CD pipelines, code deployments, troubleshooting, and debugging production issues. The ideal candidate must possess strong skills in Node.js, React.js, Express.js, database design, query optimization, Git, and cloud deployments. Proficiency in RESTful API development, design patterns, and coding standards is essential. Familiarity with AWS Amplify and previous experience in team leadership or mentoring roles will be beneficial. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts on Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm (IST).
