• Utilize Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and alerting to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage incidents and changes using ticketing tools such as Service Now.
• Document problems and corrective procedures, providing detailed incident reports.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system issues and implement solutions.
• Flexibility to work in shifts or weekends based on business demands.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs while completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Windows-based servers and related technologies.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Splunk for real-time monitoring and log analysis.
• Strong expertise in Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with Autosys for job scheduling and process automation.
• Good understanding of general monitoring concepts and best practices.
• Knowledge of incident management tools like Service Now.
• Ability to work in shifts/weekends as required by business needs.
• Solid grasp of Windows-based server environments.
