Front End Developer Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using ReactJS. Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX mockups into functional web components. Optimize frontend performance and ensure efficient page loading times. Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development. Contribute to the development and maintenance of frontend architecture and patterns. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in ReactJS and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, React Router). Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. Knowledge of frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., npm). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and data integration. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand. Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library. Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
