Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in front desk or receptionist activities in an IT services & consulting industry. Strong knowledge of front office management principles and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike. Proficiency in using computer software applications relevant to the role (e.g., CRM systems). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
