Know more about us at https://www.salarpuriagroup.com/ Duties & Responsibilities Key responsibilities of a Front Office Executive include: Greeting and directing visitors: Ensuring a positive first impression for clients and guests. Answering and managing phone calls: Routing calls to appropriate departments and taking messages. Administrative support: Organizing files, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing office supplies. Customer service: Providing excellent service and addressing inquiries from clients and visitors. Maintaining office records: Ensuring accuracy and organization of important documents. Assisting with mail and deliveries: Sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail. Operating office equipment: Utilizing photocopiers, printers, and other equipment as needed. Bookkeeping and invoicing: Assisting with basic accounting tasks. Skills & Attributes Experience: 2-3 years in Front office Qualification: Graduate Outstanding presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
