Greeting to Patient/Visitors and Assisting with professional and friendly manner and setting a positive office atmosphere. Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respected department. Handling Patients/Visitors enquiries with the right guidance. Scheduling and confirming appointment to patients OR provide accurate information to patients regarding consultant. Collecting payment and provide payment receipt to the patients. Handling IPD admission process. Handling Cash Counter. Organising and maintaining files and Records and update then when necessary. Reporting to the HOD and assisting with administrative tasks. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): What is your Current Salary?
