Front Office Executive

As a Front Office Executive, you will be the face of the hotel, responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience. You will manage check-ins, check-outs, guest queries, and ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures in line with hotel policy.
• Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize guest experience and revenue.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and no-shows in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel SOPs, security, and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role at a reputed hotel; five-star experience preferred.
• Proficiency in hotel management software
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of regional and foreign languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• A well-groomed and professional appearance.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹288,000.00 per year
