Job Description

You are a Front-End Architect specializing in Angular, responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of scalable and high-performance web applications. Your role involves deep understanding of front-end architecture, modern UI/UX principles, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Your key responsibilities include defining and implementing scalable, modular, and maintainable front-end architectures. You will lead the design and development of complex, high-performance Angular applications, establishing best practices for component-based architecture, state management, and performance optimization. Your role also involves ensuring seamless integration of UI components with backend services. As a technical leader, you will provide mentorship to front-end developers, conduct code reviews, technical discussions, and design reviews to maintain high coding standards. Defining coding standards, reusable components, and best practices for the front-end team is essential. Additionally, you will optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness, implementing best practices for progressive web apps (PWA), accessibility (WCAG), and SEO. The desired qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with 8 to 12 years of experience. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices is preferred. Experience with TypeScript, Angular, or other front-end technologies is a plus. Previous experience in an Assistant Tech Manager or Associate Architect role with a track record of delivering high-quality software will be beneficial.,
