We are looking for a smart, friendly, and well - spoken receptionist to manage the front desk responsiblities and provide excellent patient support.
Location- Aesthetica 360 multispeciality clinic , C/17, Sector 33, Noida .
Timing- 11 am-8 pm
Position- Full-Time.
Responsiblities-
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage appoinments scheduling and phone calls.
Maintain patient records and front desk operations.
Coordinate with diffrent departments (Skin, Hair, Slimming, Dental, Physiotherapy)
Requirements -
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, preferred)
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience preferred but not manditory.
Friendly, polite, and patient focused attitude.
