Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Managing front office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handling guest inquiries and providing information about services and facilities.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in front office management or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in handling guest relations and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with front office software and reservation systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site during day shifts.
