Freshers-Customer Care(Mohali)

As a Customer Care Executive (International) based in Mohali, you will be responsible for handling international clients through both voice and chat channels. Your primary duties will include resolving customer inquiries and maintaining the database in the system. We welcome applications from individuals with a background in customer care, customer support, voice processes, fluent in English, both freshers and experienced professionals. This full-time position involves working in night shifts for either 5 or 6 days a week.
