Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Franchise Relations Officer to manage and support our network of franchise partners. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth coordination, performance monitoring, and operational support for all franchise centers.

Oversee Day-to-Day Academic Operations

Manage the daily academic operations across all branches.

Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the corporate office and all branches

Act as the key point of contact for franchisee queries, academic support, and operational guidance.

2. Structuring Franchise Operations

Develop, implement, and continuously improve academic operational structures and procedures for all branches

Ensure operational processes are standardized and consistently followed across all branches.

3. Sales Monitoring and Issue Resolution

Monitor and analyze sales performance across all branches.

Identify sales challenges and inefficiencies proactively.

Provide strategic solutions and ongoing support to enhance sales efficiency and drive branch performance.

4. Process Centralization

Ensure all academic, operational, and administrative processes are centralized and standardized across all franchise branches for better control and efficiency.

5. Administration Management

Oversee administrative tasks and operations of all branches to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
