The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and closing sales in the Mohali and Chandigarh region. Key Responsibilities:  Identify and approach potential clients including homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers.  Conduct site visits and product demonstrations.  Prepare and deliver quotations, technical information, and product specifications.  Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.  Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.  Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth.  Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.  Stay updated on product developments, competitor activity, and market trends. Key Skills and Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).  0–2 years of sales experience; experience in construction/building materials industry is a plus.  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Self-motivated and target-oriented.  Good knowledge of the Mohali and Chandigarh geography and local market.  Basic understanding of UPVC and aluminium window products (training will be provided).  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).  Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
