Foreman Mistri Civil Construction

As a Foreman Mistri, you will be responsible for supervising daily construction activities at the site in Delhi. Your key duties will include assigning tasks to masons, carpenters, laborers, and other tradesmen, ensuring work is completed as per specifications and quality standards, coordinating with engineers and contractors to meet project deadlines, and maintaining accurate records of labor attendance, material usage, and work progress. Additionally, you will be required to inspect tools, equipment, and work areas for safety compliance, monitor material inventory, address on-site issues, and provide regular progress reports to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or civil works, with a strong understanding of masonry, formwork, concreting, plastering, and finishing work. The ability to interpret basic plans and layouts, demonstrate leadership skills, enforce safety practices, and effectively coordinate with teams is essential. Being physically fit to work in demanding site conditions and possessing basic literacy and communication skills are also required. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in both residential and commercial construction, preferably as a lead mistri or foreman on projects.
