Prepare and present conceptual designs, sketches, and architectural plans. Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models. Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for residential projects. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure designs are implemented accurately and on schedule.
