Oversee and coordinate the entire admission process from inquiry to enrollment ensuring smooth and timely admission cycles. Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students and their parents regarding courses, eligibility, admission procedures, and campus facilities. Assist in developing and executing admission marketing strategies, including organizing campus tours, webinars, and participation in education fairs. Review and verify student applications and documents to ensure completeness and eligibility before processing admissions. Liaise with academic and administrative departments to ensure availability of seats and admission criteria compliance. Maintain accurate and updated records of admission data, student profiles, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM or admission management software. Prepare regular reports on admission statistics, trends, and conversion rates for senior management review. Assist in supervising and training admission staff and counselors to achieve admission targets effectively. Ensure all admission activities adhere to institutional policies, government regulations, and accreditation requirements.
