Job Description

The FM Vertical Head - Sales is responsible for leading and driving sales strategies within a FM Vertical across Pan India. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and a results-driven mindset to achieve revenue, market share, counter share, and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sales, business development, and strategic planning. Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with FM business objectives. - Identify new business opportunities and expansion plans across India. - Drive sales performance through effective forecasting and pipeline management. Revenue & Profitability Management: - Set and achieve revenue targets for the FM business vertical. - Optimize pricing, margins, and profitability. - Monitor key financial metrics and implement corrective actions when needed. Team Leadership & Development: - Mentor and coordinate a high-performing sales team in 15 branches across the country. - Foster a results-oriented and customer-focused sales culture. - Provide training and development opportunities for team growth. - Drive business for local FM's through the branches. Client & Relationship Management: - Develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Gain counter share on machines and establish growth trajectory in market share. - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through superior service delivery. - Identify and address customer pain points to drive business growth. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: - Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs. - Analyze competitor strategies and adjust sales plans accordingly. - Develop innovative sales tactics to maintain a competitive edge. Operational Excellence: - Leverage CRM tools and technology for data-driven decision-making. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies. - Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
