smart and skilled Senior Flutter Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Flutter code.
• Develop high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to define and ship new features.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs, and improve application performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and development trends in the Flutter ecosystem.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices to ensure scalability and flexibility.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development

  with a strong focus on Flutter (minimum 5 years of experience in Flutter development).
• Upto 10% of travel time is required to meet customers on project basis
• Proven track record of building and deploying at least one large-scale Flutter app to production.
• Strong knowledge of mobile design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with state management libraries (GetX, Provider, Riverpod, or similar).
• Deep understanding of Flutters architecture and how to build responsive UIs.
• Proficient in integrating APIs, with hands-on experience in OpenAPI or RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jira, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in using cloud services (Firebase, GCP, AWS) for app backends and authentication.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, memory management, and debugging.
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward challenges.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with native development (Swift, Kotlin) is a plus.
• Familiarity with launching apps on App Store and Google Play.
• Experience in working with feature flags (LaunchDarkly or similar).
• Understanding of design systems and collaborating closely with UI/UX teams using tools like Figma.
