1. Supervise the front-line service team, ensuring that all guests receive excellent service from the moment they arrive.
2. Assign tasks to floor staff, such as table assignments and service responsibilities, based on guest volume and staff availability.
3. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests.
4. Address guest complaints and requests during service, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the guest’s satisfaction.
5. Monitor staff performance, ensuring that all service standards are met and providing feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
6. Take on additional responsibilities or adjust operations as per the Restaurant Manager’s instructions to meet changing service requirements.
