Job Summary Our account department needs a reliable Accounting Assistant. The ideal candidate will be capable of learning our system with minimal supervision. He or she should be extremely organized and have great time management skills. The Accounting Assistant will report to the Accountant and work with the team to accomplish interdepartmental goals and quotas. Responsibilities and Duties Prepare and fact-check Invoice and other documents before sending them to customers. Maintain and update general ledger, purchase ledger and sales ledger Review Invoice received from suppliers and release payment timely manner through various methods like Cheque, NEFT, RTGS etc. Scan, file and log accounting documents. Visit to Banks, CA for all company related activities. Responsibilities and Duties Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) software. Coordinate with and consult seniors/design engineer to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems. Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed. Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Must have experience in Pressure vessel industries. Must of Knowledge of design codes like ASME, PED code etc., Material selection, Quality procedure etc. Experience AutoCAD and other software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation and creativity skills Willingness to travel Excellent understanding of drawings and technical specifications.
