Fixed Income Project Manager / Business Analyst

As a hands-on Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong experience in Fixed Income and Capital Markets business, your main responsibility will be to serve as a Point of Contact for one or more business lines with regards to the development required for trading platforms. Your role will involve bridging the gap between Developers, support team, and the Business during the usage of production systems, fixes, and incidents. A proven track record in working with trading, sales, and business support clients is crucial for performing business functions analysis, documenting requirements, and coordinating with technical staff to deliver technology solutions. Managing business client expectations within a time-to-market and dynamic environment is also a key aspect of this role. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and facilitating project execution and delivery commitments with teams operating in different time zones, demonstrating proactive leadership, self-motivation, dynamism, and result-oriented approach. Being a team player with a collaborative attitude and maintaining a high level of discipline within the SDLC process will be essential. You will be expected to study and analyze business functions, process requirements, pricing, and risk analysis in a specific business domain. Driving towards technical or non-technical solutions, assessing tactical or strategic approaches, providing cost and timeframe estimates of solutions, coordinating solution workshops, documenting requirements, and obtaining sign-offs from sponsors will be part of your daily tasks. Working closely with users to create comprehensive test plans, developing user sign-off criteria, and actively participating in the analysis and documentation of testing results will be crucial. Your role will involve close interaction with clients" end-users and both clients" and company's technologists. As a solid resource for clients and internal technical teams, your expertise in Fixed Income trading, pricing, market, and reference data will be highly valued. Responsibilities will also include writing detailed, clear, and concise Business Requirement and Functional Requirement Documentation, overseeing the development of multiple components of trading platforms, and interfacing with business clients and developers effectively. Required competencies for this role include proven expertise as a Project Manager/Business Analyst in trade processing and position keeping within Capital Markets domain, knowledge of Exchanges and Low latency Trading Platform Developments, advanced skills in interfacing with business clients and development teams, excellent communication and written skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects, as well as knowledge of competitive Electronic Trading Platforms and exchanges.
