Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Credit Manager located in Shajapur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the credit assessment process, managing credit risk, and conducting financial analysis. Day-to-day tasks also include ensuring compliance with company policies, developing strategies for credit improvement, and working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable credit solutions. Qualifications Experience in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management Strong Analytical and Finance skills Proficiency in conducting credit assessments and financial analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the financial services industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
