Firewall Risk & Cloud Security Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze firewall policies and configurations to ensure network security and compliance.
  
• Monitor and assess risks related to firewall and cloud security environments.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security policies and standard operating procedures.
  
• Support incident, problem management, and change request processes related to firewall and cloud security.
  
• Maintain documentation of security procedures, configurations, and risk assessments.
  
• Communicate IT security risks and issues clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  
• Assist in firewall rule reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
  
• Participate in security operations activities within NOC/SOC, including alert monitoring and response.
  
• Support cloud security initiatives with a focus on Azure security groups (NSGs) and related controls.
  
• Use tools like Tufin SecureTrack and SecureChange for firewall policy management and change automation.
  
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident and change management workflows.
  

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Security / Information Security, preferably in NOC or SOC environments.
  
• Strong understanding of network security concepts and firewall policy configuration.
  
• Experience with incident management, problem management, and change control in large organizations.
  
• Ability to communicate complex IT security issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Familiarity with security operational processes and governance.
  

Preferred / Advantageous Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Tufin SecureTrack and SecureChange.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow platform.
  
• Knowledge of Azure cloud platform and Network Security Groups (NSGs).
  
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and controls.
